As a service to our patients, we are happy to submit your claim to your insurance carrier. Please remember that your policy is a contract between you and your carrier. The responsibility for ensuring payment for services rendered is ultimately yours. We do work with third party finance services that offer very flexible and often no interest payment options. Unless other arrangements are made, payment is expected at time of service.
